Vegan Coconut chia pudding

Our coconut chia pudding is a perennial favourite here at Café Myodo. What’s not to love? High in Omega-3s, fibre, protein and vitamins chia is truly a super food.

This make ahead recipe is quick, healthy and tastes delicious. Or simply come grab a cup at the Café!

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup chia seeds1 cup full-fat coconut cream1/2 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix coconut cream, chia seeds and honey in a glass bowl. Let it set in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Remove from refrigerator. Top with fresh seasonal fruits, nuts, granola or even bits of candied pineapple. Serve immediately.
