This make ahead recipe is quick, healthy and tastes delicious. Or simply come grab a cup at the Café!
- Mix coconut cream, chia seeds and honey in a glass bowl. Let it set in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator. Top with fresh seasonal fruits, nuts, granola or even bits of candied pineapple. Serve immediately.
